Remodelling of control system at Solbergfoss power plant for Elvia
Since 2021, OneCo has been involved in the remodelling of the control system at Solbergfoss power plant, which is owned by the grid company Elvia. The project is being carried out in six construction stages. We are now in the process of building stage 3, which involves remodelling the control system for four of the power plant's 13 generators. OneCo and ABB have a contract with Hafslund E-CO Vannkraft (HEV) to deliver:
- Complete control system for all 13 units
- New communal/auxiliary facilities (AC/DC battery, bilge system, etc.)
- Upgrades to the high-voltage system (11kV and 66kV)
The project runs seasonally from October to March each year.
