Positions have been categorised across the companies in OneCo in order to carry out salary comparisons. Job titles are not harmonised across the companies, and the same job title can therefore have very different content and responsibilities.
A concrete example of this is the title "Project Manager", which covers the management of projects with a financial framework that can vary from
NOK 100,000 to several hundred million. Another example is the title "department manager", which can have personnel responsibility for a few employees to over 100 people.
In order to make salary comparisons, all job titles are therefore classified into different categories.
