Equal pay survey

Across the companies in OneCo, a categorisation of positions has been made in order to carry out the Group's first salary comparison. During 2022, this job categorisation will be fine-tuned. At present, job titles are not harmonised across the companies, and the same job title can therefore have very different content and responsibilities.

A concrete example of this is the title "Project Manager", which covers the management of projects with a financial framework that can vary from NOK 100,000 to several hundred million. Another example is the title "department manager", which can cover personnel responsibility for a few employees to over 100 people.

Part-time work is carried out at the initiative and request of the employee and in consultation with the manager. Among those who work part-time, most work either 50 % positions or 80 % positions. In a few cases, reduced positions have been used as an alternative to downsizing in restructuring processes.

Temporary positions

OneCo makes little use of temporary positions. At the end of 2021, less than 2 % of our employees are in temporary employment. Temporary positions are used, among other things, in connection with particularly high workloads or holiday periods for mainly administrative positions, and school pupils or students are often used in this work.
