The various business areas in OneCo have an independent responsibility for conducting due diligence. The results are presented to Group Management annually in connection with the Management Review.

It is the responsibility of each business area to ensure that measures are implemented and decisions made to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ultimate responsibility for this work lies with the CEO of each individual company.
