The project, which is worth approximately NOK 25 million to OneCo, will start up during the winter of 2012 and will be commissioned in February 2013. Deliveries to OneCo will include modular 690V switchboards, motor starters for controlling fans, lighting and general electrical work. "This is an important project for OneCo for several reasons. Firstly, this is a large project with a high level of complexity, which in turn gives us the opportunity to show what we have to offer in terms of both expertise and capacity. Furthermore, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration is an important customer for us who knows how to set requirements for the delivery, which we appreciate as it gives us the opportunity to develop in a good way," says Martin Jakobsen, Sales Manager at OneCo Teksal East. In addition, OneCo has been awarded the contract for the delivery of automation, switchboard and electrical systems in the FV 164 Løkkeåstunnelen project in Sandvika (Bærum). OneCo is also in the process of finalising upgrades to the lighting system in five tunnels in western Vest-Agder. CEO Marvin Jensen is very pleased with OneCo's current development in the transport sector. "In a short space of time, we have established a good position in this market. We have a clear ambition to grow further in the transport sector. Further strategic steps will be taken to consolidate our position in transport," says Marvin Jensen.
