Solid improvement for OneCo in Bergen
After a few demanding years since its establishment in Bergen, OneCo can now report healthy, stable operations and good figures from its core business in the first two months of the year despite a somewhat more demanding market. "We have now found our shape and place in the market here in Bergen," says Regional Director Kjell Arne Giske, who is very optimistic about the years ahead. After the final phase of restructuring, the two subsidiaries OneCo Products AS and OneCo Elektrotavler AS have new owners outside the Group.

"We have now found our shape and place in the market here in Bergen," says Regional Director Kjell Arne Giske, who is very optimistic about the years ahead.
Following the final phase of restructuring, the two subsidiaries OneCo Products AS and OneCo Elektrotavler AS have acquired new owners outside the Group. The sales have in themselves helped to strengthen the result, but Giske emphasises that the most important thing is that the company can now focus entirely on further developing its core business. "The company has succeeded in adapting its size and structure to the market, and appears to be well prepared for the tasks it will now take on.
"Even though we've made some adjustments since we started our industrial journey in Bergen, we're still one of the biggest players here in our industry, with 250 employees in electrical, ICT and automation," says a satisfied and optimistic regional manager.
In March, OneCo moved into new premises at Carl Konows gate 34, which has given a further boost to well-being and commitment in an organisation with renewed confidence from the solid profit improvements. According to Marvin Jensen, CEO of OneCo, the Bergen region has now also become a key region in the OneCo Group. Naturally, he is very pleased that the organisation has succeeded in turning the business around to be able to contribute with good figures.
One of the areas in which the company has been particularly successful is its focus on technical disciplines such as ICT and automation. The interaction and totality of the service spectrum is an important advantage for OneCo, and this will therefore continue to be a natural focus area in the future. In addition, the company is experiencing better access to good electrical projects, which have historically been the most important foundation of the business.
"We're positioning ourselves for some very exciting assignments, and we expect to present good news in several areas in the future," Giske concludes secretively.
