OneCo had a stand at the Norwegian Operators Conference

The Norwegian Operators Conference (NOC), where 16 oil companies present themselves, has already set a new attendance record with over 300 participants from 130 companies. This year, OneCo Contracting also participated with its own stand. "This provided a good opportunity to tell many players about our range of products and services," says Ådne Kvalbein, Marketing Manager at OneCo Contracting.

NOC was started in 2003 and it was thus the 9th time the conference was organised.

A top-heavy team gathered at the Stavanger Forum on 23-24 November, led by the Aldous/Avaldsnes comrades, Statoil, Lundin and Det Norske. The keynote address was given by Statoil's exploration director Tim Dodson and the ever-popular Jarand Rystad gave a broad overview of the opportunities that seem to be queuing up. More than 130 companies attended, some with as many as five representatives, who wanted to spend a day and a half updating themselves on the future of the Norwegian continental shelf. The conference is therefore very useful for anyone involved in long-term planning of their own business on the Norwegian continental shelf.
