OneCo acquires Swire elektroservice
OneCo Vests AS is moving against the current and significantly expanding its capacity in electrical and automation, aimed at the oil and gas sector. OneCo takes over external electrical services and continues agreements that Swire has had in the market. At the same time, a long-term framework agreement is entered into where Swire purchases services from OneCo.

At the same time, a long-term framework agreement is entered into where Swire purchases services from OneCo.
OneCo sees this as a good opportunity to strengthen its position in the oil and gas market, where expertise in ATEX and IECex is key. Swire's customers will continue to meet their regular contact persons on service assignments. OneCo can now combine Z-015 checkout and service with approved G11 inspector lifting equipment.
