OneCo launches Sustainability Report

OneCo's sustainability report provides insight into our overall priorities, goals and results, and the activities and standards we will follow in our work. Through this report, we want to show where we stand and what our goals are. Transparency is a prerequisite for being able to improve.

The report includes our targets related to the UN Sustainable Development Goals in addition to our climate accounts.
Internally, we will work to reduce our own climate footprint by making good choices of suppliers, materials and subcontractors. In addition, we will drive smarter and reduce the number of fossil-fuelled service vehicles.

In addition, sustainability is about being a responsible employer that promotes important social values such as gender equality, diversity, an injury-free working environment, well-being and employeeship. We will continue the good work being done in relation to apprentices and we will also increase the proportion of women from 9 % to 12 by 2025.
