OneCo acquires Rejlers Telecom

OneCo strengthens its position in the Telecom market through the acquisition of Rejlers Telecom

Agreement on the acquisition of Rejlers Telecom AS

OneCo AS has today signed an agreement with Rejlers Norge AS to acquire the business Rejlers Telecom AS. The agreement means that OneCo takes over the company with 87 employees and annual sales of approximately NOK 120 million. The acquisition has operational effect from 15 June and is subject to approval by the Norwegian Competition Authority.

Strong and solid platform for further growth

A great fit for OneCo  

However, we must recognise that Rejlers Telecom AS has different framework conditions, a different business model and few synergies with the other focus areas we have in Rejlers Norway. We therefore believe that Rejlers Telecom AS fits very well into OneCo, where telecoms activities are part of the Group's core. This will benefit all employees and customers, as the new owner will be able to add significant synergies that will in turn contribute to further development," says Thomas Pettersen.
