New manager of OneCo Technologies AS

Eivind Bøe will take over as CEO of OneCo Technologies from 1 January 2014. He succeeds Terje Sætrevik, who has been contracted as CEO for the past six months.

Eivind Bøe will take over as CEO of OneCo Technologies from 1 January 2014. He succeeds Terje Sætrevik, who has been hired as CEO for the past six months. OneCo Technologies is located in Kanalveien in Bergen.

- "OneCo Technologies is one of our largest and most important companies," says Marvin Jensen, CEO of OneCo.

- "We're delighted to have Bøe on board, he'll help us achieve our goal of creating an industrial adventure.

OneCo Technologies has more than 400 employees and will have a turnover of approximately NOK 500 million. It delivers technical solutions primarily to Offshore, Industry and Construction.

Bøe has extensive management experience from the construction industry. He was CEO of Ramirent for 5 years, and has previously been CEO of Altima, head of Siemens Security Systems and Regional Manager of Bravida. For the past two years, Bøe has led the Dekk1 chain. He has also held several directorships, including in the gas company Liquiline and Guard Systems, and has been a member of the Board of Representatives of BNL/NHO. Bøe holds a degree in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and an Operational Officer from the Norwegian Naval Academy.
