Elkom becomes part of OneCo

Elkom AS has been conducting soundings to find a player in the market that wants to take over and further develop operations, as well as look after customers in the best possible way. Elkom will now become part of OneCo.

OneCo has demonstrated solidity over time and is best positioned for opportunities for the employees, and customers will have a solid supplier to relate to," says Terje Borch, CEO of Elkom AS.

All existing customer and supplier agreements will be maintained and continued under the auspices of OneCo so that in practice it will work as before with the same point of contact.

OneCo is therefore taking over the operations of Elkom, with personnel and customer and supplier agreements continuing in OneCo.

For OneCo, it will be the companies OneCo Sør AS - Service & Installation and OneCo Safeyards AS - Marine & Offshore that take over operations in Elkom AS.
The goal is for this to be completed by 1 September 2019.
