Caretech becomes part of OneCo

OneCo Technologies has acquired all shares in Caretech AS and is now a 100% owned subsidiary of OneCo Technologies and will be an integrated part of OneCo's welfare technology initiative. At the same time, Aleris omsorg and OneCo have entered into a strategic co-operation agreement for the development and delivery of welfare technology. Aleris omsorg was the largest shareholder in Caretech AS. Through the acquisition of Caretech, OneCo strengthens its innovative power and expertise in welfare technology and care.
