Plant manager electrical, Stavanger

OneCo is constantly growing and is expanding with a construction and project department in Stavanger.
We're looking for someone who is professionally strong, committed and structured.
The construction and project department is an important part of our continued growth in Stavanger and we want you on the team. As an employee with us, you will belong to a department with heavy professional expertise and an exciting future ahead!
As a construction and project manager, you'll face new challenges with new and innovative solutions in residential, commercial, industrial and healthcare buildings.

Work tasks:

- The site manager is the company's responsible manager for the project in the field
- Execute the work package with the necessary quality and within the defined project framework and tolerance, and report this to superiors
- Work with general electrical and safety installations.
- Participate in project reviews, start-up meetings and construction meetings
- Will conduct start-up meetings and morning meetings where agreed
- Maintain ongoing contact with the client's representatives
- Coordinate own resources and subcontractors
- Keep track of hours spent, production reports and report progress
- Procurement of materials and equipment, as well as checking and reporting on received materials
- Follow-up of HSE and the external environment at the facility
- Registering and processing deviations and changes
- Participate in the preparation of final documentation

Desired qualifications:

- Experience from construction and project management
- Are you able to quickly find smart solutions
- Trade certificate electrician Gr. L and or automation technician
- Technical experience from the electrical industry is a requirement, knowledge of standards/laws and regulations
- Technical college - Experience can compensate for lack of formal education
- Experience with Tekla BIMsight, Solibri, DDS-CAD, AutoCAD or equivalent
- It is a requirement that you are fluent in written and spoken Norwegian
- Valid FSE and first aid course
- Driver's licence class B
