3 new electrical contracts Transport

OneCo has signed three new contracts for the operation and maintenance of electrical installations and road lighting for the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. The contracts cover the following areas: Telemark operation and maintenance of electrotechnical installations, Buskerud operation and maintenance of road lighting and Buskerud operation and maintenance of electrotechnical installations on national and county roads. The start of the contracts is 1 January.

OneCo has signed three new contracts for the operation and maintenance of electrical and road lighting for the Norwegian Public Roads Administration.

The contracts apply to the following areas: Telemark operation and maintenance of electrotechnical installations, Buskerud operation and maintenance of road lighting and Buskerud operation and maintenance of electrotechnical installations on national and county roads. The contracts start on 1 September - the contracts have a duration of 5 years.

"The contracts suit us very well. Geographically, Telemark and Buskerud are counties where we have not been very active until now. We are now in the process of establishing departments in these counties. Establishment with operating contracts at the bottom forms the basis for taking advantage of the opportunities in these two counties," says Øystein Stebekk, CEO of OneCo Samferdsel AS.

The contracts are divided into Road Lighting and Electrical. For the road lighting contract, OneCo is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the road lighting owned by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration along national and county roads. For the electrical contracts, OneCo is responsible for the electrical equipment owned by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration - electrical is also responsible for the tunnels in the contract areas.

"OneCo now operates road lighting and electrotechnical installations in the transport segment in Rogaland, Agder, Telemark, Buskerud, Oslo/Akershus, Østfold and in a number of municipalities. This presence in the many important regions provides a good platform for stable and good growth in the coming years," concludes Stebekk.
